The successful candidate will develop, analyze, and present technical results and recommendations for complex operational challenges, with significant scope and impact on multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Engineering, or Master’s with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor’s with 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex and novel assignments requiring new engineering techniques and procedures.
• Develop engineering policies and procedures impacting multiple units.
• Supervise and review work of engineers, associates, and technicians on projects.
• Apply advanced engineering techniques and modify established methodologies.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to develop requirements for large-scale system modifications.
• Coordinate activities of consultants, architects, and firms in design documents.
• Develop budgets and cost evaluations for projects.
• Lead equipment improvement and reliability initiatives.
• Coordinate projects to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.

Education

Doctorate in Engineering; or Master’s degree in Engineering plus 2 years of engineering experience; or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus 4 years of engineering experience
