AG Express Electronics Inc. seeks an experienced Engineering Development & Systems Manager to lead the development of innovative, reliable electronic repair solutions and expand our technical capabilities.

This high-impact leadership role is hands-on, guiding engineers through the full development lifecycle—from evaluating opportunities to troubleshooting, validation, and post-release review. You will collaborate across departments at our Des Moines, Iowa location to build scalable repair

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or related field.
Eight+ years in electronics engineering or repair development.
Three+ years of direct leadership experience managing engineers or technical teams.
Experience interpreting schematics, evaluating circuit behavior, and using diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead technical reviews, challenge assumptions, and guide repair-development decisions.
Define validation plans, test procedures, and release criteria.
Direct cross-functional collaboration with operations, purchasing, service, and leadership.
Ensure repair solutions are repeatable, scalable, and production-ready.
Monitor post-release performance, warranty outcomes, and operational impact.
