Job summary

Electro Industries, based in Monticello, MN, is seeking an Engineering Supervisor/Lead to guide a team of engineers and technicians. You will drive new product development, sustaining engineering, and process improvements while ensuring projects meet schedule and budget.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management to translate strategic goals into actionable plans, lead cross-functional initiatives, and champion DFM, reliability, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (any discipline).
• 5+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing or product development environment.
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or project leadership experience.
• Experience managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource requirements, risk assessments, and budgets.
• Provide technical direction and oversight for product development and sustaining activities.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Service, and Sales teams to drive change.
• Improve engineering processes and drive standardization using metrics.
