Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience with microcontroller- or microprocessor-based products.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience developing automated test systems preferred.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing environment highly desirable.
• Ability to design and maintain test fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup of new production line equipment for test, repair, and upgrade.
• Assist design and maintenance of test fixtures and systems.
• Troubleshoot failures and perform root-cause analysis on returns.
• Collect repair data and maintain repair records.
• Provide guidance to operations and repair technicians.
