Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an Engineering Lead to provide technical and project leadership for a reverse engineering and threat replication team.

You will guide multidisciplinary engineers from requirements through design, integration, testing and delivery while engaging with Government stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of technical experience, 3+ years in management, strong communication, and a DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of technical experience with at least 3 years in engineering management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing multiple projects.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with Government/DoD customers and stakeholders.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personnel, project, and technical leadership for the RET team across reverse engineering and threat replication.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of mechanical, aerospace, electrical, software, and CT/NDT engineers.
• Partner with Government stakeholders to understand requirements and develop execution strategies.
• Align personnel and expertise to multiple concurrent projects and manage schedules and risks.
• Oversee design, prototyping, integration, testing, and delivery.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, flight operations, logistics, procurement, and other functions.
• Mentor, manage performance, and support professional development of staff.
• Communicate project status and technical challenges to Government leadership.
