Job summary

ACCI International Inc. is seeking an Engineering Lead to provide personnel, project, and technical leadership for reverse engineering and threat replication efforts. You will guide a diverse team from requirements through design, testing, and delivery while coordinating with Government stakeholders.

You will oversee schedules, risks, and resources, while mentoring staff and driving performance across multiple concurrent projects in a high-security environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical/aerospace/systems engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of technical experience with at least 3 years in management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing multiple projects.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers in mechanical, aerospace, electrical, software, and CT/NDT disciplines.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders to understand requirements and set execution strategies.
• Align personnel and expertise across concurrent projects to meet schedules.
