Celestica, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an entry-level Associate Engineer, Manufacturing Equipment to join the Global Automation team. You will support shop-floor projects, document requirements, and assist in control development and procurement tracking.

You will gain experience across Turn-Key and in-house control development, with exposure to PLCs, HMI, and electrical schematics while collaborating with global teams and sites.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline related to automation or mechatronics.
• Entry-level exposure with 0–2 years of practical experience in industrial automation.
• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish (minimum B2).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct shop-floor process audits to baseline cycle times and identify bottlenecks.
• Author URS and SOW docs to validate new automation concepts across sites.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and RFQ responses for Turn-Key solutions.
• Assist in PLC logic programming and designing basic control architectures.
• Track procurement, vendor execution and logistics for hardware.
• Support FAT/SAT and on-site commissioning of equipment.
• Maintain project tracking in Excel and Smartsheet; report progress weekly.
• Communicate across global teams and prepare executive status decks.
