Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Engineer Lead (FDE) – Production & Enablement to drive end-to-end system development on enterprise platforms. The role combines hands-on engineering leadership with enablement across teams, focusing on stability, performance, and scalable solutions.

The candidate should hold a BA/BS in IT or CS and have 7+ years of multi-platform experience, with strengths in technical writing, scripting, AI-enabled workflows, and mentoring to accelerate adoption of new capabilities.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
7+ years of relevant experience across multi-platform environments.
Experience leading end-to-end system development and enablement.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain end-to-end system delivery on medium to enterprise platforms.
Lead requirements gathering and design reviews with business partners.
Coordinate with Web and Marketing teams to expand product presence.
Improve stability, performance, and scalability of critical systems.
Own change management, testing, and deployment processes.
Develop technical specifications and supervise implementation.
Mentor teammates and provide troubleshooting support.
