Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Engineer Lead for FDE to own end-to-end platform and automation initiatives. The role entails leading requirements gathering, design reviews, and collaboration with Web/Marketing teams to提升 web product presence.

Will drive improvements in stability, performance, and scalability across enterprise systems. The position requires 7+ years of IT/CS experience, proficiency in Python/JavaScript, Git, CI/CD, and Docker, with strong scripting and DevSecOps knowledge.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in IT, Computer Science or related field with 7+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for automation.
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud fundamentals and API design/integration experience.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized apps.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash/PowerShell).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps concepts and secure SDLC practices.
• Mentoring and troubleshooting support experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium Enterprise-wide technology platforms.
• Gather requirements with customers and lead design reviews.
• Collaborate with Web and marketing teams to enhance web product presence.
• Improve stability, performance, and scalability of major systems.
• Own change requests and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
