Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Engineer Lead (FDE) for Production & Enablement to drive end-to-end system development on enterprise platforms. The role combines in-office collaboration 1–2 days per week with flexible remote work, and requires leading requirements sessions and coordinating with multiple teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Candidates should have a BA/BS in IT/CS and extensive multi-platform experience, with a focus on documentation, testing, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 7 years related experience in multi-platform environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements and leads requirements gathering meetings.
• Leads requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with the business.
• Leads efforts with Web and marketing team to increase the presence of web products.
• Owns the change request process and coordinates with other teams as necessary.
• Develops and defines application scope and objectives and supervises the preparation of technical and/or functional specifications.
