Job summary

Hut 8 Corp. is seeking an Engineering Lead to serve as the single point of technical accountability for a data center project's engineering scope.

You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines, align with design baselines, and mentor the engineering team while engaging cross-discipline design issues from development through turnover. You will drive design reviews, manage vendor packages, and support field onboarding, commissioning, and handover.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering leadership on data center or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience leading multi-discipline engineering teams on major capital projects.
• Strong fluency across electrical distribution, mechanical cooling, and controls integration.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering scope end to end and establish design baselines.
• Drive cross-discipline issue resolution and design reviews.
• Oversee major vendor packages and ensure compatibility with ratings and integration requirements.
• Prioritize field support, RFIs, field changes, and constructability reviews.
• Mentor engineers and project engineers; develop the design and staff.
