Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced technical leader to head a Commerce Systems team in California. The role focuses on expanding self-serve billing capabilities, launching pricing and monetization features, and ensuring accurate billing outcomes across Stripe’s product suite.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, sales, finance, and accounting to influence company strategy and drive cross-functional impact while scaling Stripe’s platform and teams in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 4 years of management experience.
• Proven ability to lead high-complexity teams of 8+ engineers.
• Experience thriving in cross-functional environments with rigorous decision-making.
• Successfully recruited, mentored, and built high-performing teams across time zones.

Responsibilities
