Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an Engineering Lead – Collaboration in Indianapolis, IN to drive engineering efforts around collaboration tools and platforms. You will lead a global team, set technical direction, and ensure reliable, scalable collaboration services with a focus on SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.

The role requires 8+ years in collaboration engineering, strong problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years proven experience in Collaboration system administration and engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong ability to engage with a global team and provide coaching and oversight.

Job Summary :-

Position Requirements & Critical Experience – What You will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years proven experience in Collaboration system administration and engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong ability to engage with a global team and provide coaching and oversight
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within the constraints of timeline and budget
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques
• Well versed in Microsoft Collaboration tools not limited to: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.

Other Preferred Qualifications:

• Operating in an Infrastructure as Product (IaP) environment
• Experience in strategy, customer service, and internal consulting
• Proven success in contributing to a collaborative environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
