Job summary

Noblesoft Technologies is seeking an Engineering Lead Collaboration in Indianapolis, IN on a contract basis. The role focuses on guiding collaboration system engineering and governance across global teams, with emphasis on SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

You will leverage 8+ years of experience in collaboration tooling, drive strategic initiatives, coach teams, and ensure delivery within timelines and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Engineering Lead Collaboration

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Job type: Contract

Position Requirements & Critical Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years proven experience in Collaboration system administration and engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent product management skills
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong ability to engage with a global team and provide coaching and oversight
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within the constraints of timeline and budget
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques
• Well versed in Microsoft Collaboration tools not limited to: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.

Other Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL, Agile, PMP certification(s)
• Operating in an Infrastructure as Product (IaP) environment
• Experience in strategy, customer service, and internal consulting
• Proven success in contributing to a collaborative environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
