You will lead a team of developers delivering fulfillment and order-management systems while driving AI-enabled improvements to throughput and reliability.

Success at 6–12 months means a cleaner architecture, reduced tech debt, and a higher-velocity, maintainable codebase.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development with ecommerce fulfillment or similar domain.
• Experience using AI tooling to accelerate delivery.
• Expert in enterprise-scale architecture and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and engineering standards across the ecommerce platform.
• Manage a small team of developers delivering production-grade software.
• Design fulfillment and order-management interfaces with clean APIs.
• Mentor engineers and drive AI-powered innovation to improve throughput and reliability.
