Job Description
What’s it like to work on cutting edge avionic electronics components that make up both Military and Commercial systems for use in aircraft of the future? As an Engineering Electronics Technician, you will work closely with the design engineers to evaluate, troubleshoot and test new development electronic assemblies and draw from a healthy understanding of electronics principles and problem-solving skills. Technicians must understand how to use instrumentation and tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers and must be able to read and understand technical documentation such as electrical schematics and technical drawings. The ideal candidate for this job has excellent attention to detail, enjoys solving challenging technical problems, enjoys working with their hands, collaborates well, and is able to follow written and verbal instructions. Activities include electronics testing and troubleshooting, prototype circuit board development and fabrication, maintaining lab organization, test equipment maintenance, lab safety advocacy, etc. Candidates will need a working knowledge of electronic circuits (analog, digital, and power) and experience working with a large array of electronic instruments. Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $42,436 - $67,898. Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
