Qualifications

• Five or more years of combined experience performing or supervising engineering work.
• Experience in operations, production, construction or maintenance environments.
• Strong organizational and process development skills.
• Demonstrated strength in project or program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and business initiatives to develop grid strategies.
• Develop and maintain project portfolio management system.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners.
• Manage the engineering team providing troubleshooting support.
