Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in grid operations, planning, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes grid performance, trends, and risks.
• Provides technical expertise and supports grid operations projects and initiatives.
• Develops and implements grid operations policies, procedures, tools, and best practices.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy new technologies such as ADMS, DERMS, AI use cases, and enhancements to existing systems.
• Engages stakeholders, evaluates change impacts, and recommends or implements process changes.
• Influences key stakeholders to build consensus and support for deployment strategies.
• Develops and presents materials to senior and executive leadership on behalf of Grid Operations and projects.
• Coordinates and directs support of subject matter experts to meet project milestones.
• Supports General Rate Case testimony and responds to data requests.
• Provides direction and mentoring to specialists, advisors, and other team members.
