Job summary

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, source candidates, structure interviews, coordinate onboarding and maintain candidate records in the ATS, while partnering with hiring managers. The role emphasizes a strong candidate experience, compliance and reporting in a fast-growing semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across Engineering, IT and non-exempt roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding coordination.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks and recruitment partners.
• Manage candidate pipelines, records and reporting through ATS platform.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, coordinate interviews and fill positions efficiently.
• Participate in employer branding activities and represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and time-to-fill.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Keep stakeholders informed of hiring progress and pipeline activity.
