Job summary

Oxy’s Summer Intern Program runs May to August for 12 weeks. As an intern you’ll work on real-life projects with hands-on participation in Oxy’s core businesses, and be paired with a manager and mentor for technical guidance.

Attending training and development courses, lunch-and-learns, field trips and social activities is included as you observe leadership. Final positions may include Production, Facilities, Reservoir, Drilling or Operations Engineer.

Qualifications

• Must apply to Oxy's job application at www.oxy.com/students in order to be considered
• Pursuing a degree in Engineering
• Maintain minimum cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale (2.85)
• Graduation date December 2027 - May 2029
• Desire to pursue a career in Oil and Gas
