Job summary

Oxy's Summer Intern Program runs from May to August for a full 12 weeks. As an Oxy intern, you will have the opportunity to experience real-life projects with hands-on participation in Oxy's core businesses, paired with a manager and mentor for technical guidance throughout the project timeline.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering.
• Maintain minimum cumulative 2.85 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Must have graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Desire to pursue a career in Oil and Gas.

Responsibilities

• Final position can be Production Engineer, Facilities Engineer, Reservoir Engineer, Drilling and Completions Engineer, or Operations Engineer.
• Work on real-life projects with hands-on participation in Oxy's core businesses.
• Receive mentorship and technical guidance from a manager throughout the project timeline.
