Job summary

Smithers-Oasis is seeking a junior in college pursuing a chemical engineering degree for a Summer 2027 Engineering Intern role with our Corporate Technology team. The position is onsite, 40 hours per week, and pays $20/hour.

Responsibilities include assisting with foam sampling, data entry, and foam modification ideation, while gaining exposure to manufacturing processes and industry-leading materials.

We are seeking a junior in college currently pursuing a chemical engineering degree to work with our Corporate Technology team in the role of Engineering Intern for Summer 2027!

What You Will Do:

Some specific areas of focus for this Engineering Intern role will include (but will not be limited to):

• Assist with foam sampling and testing
• Data entry of test results
• Assist with making test foams
• Collaborate on ideas for foam modifications
