Job summary

SRI's Advanced Technology and Systems Division in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Research Engineer intern to join multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to radar, EO/IR, and signal processing projects. You will work on RF hardware, FPGA, radar processing, and machine learning concepts, with opportunities to support proposals and client engagement.

Applicants should be pursuing a technical degree and be a U.S. citizen.

Qualifications

• B.S., M.S., or PhD level in engineering or related technical discipline.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• RF systems/hardware design and analysis.
• FPGA with RF/signal processing duties.
• Mechanical development engineering hands-on work.
• Radar signal processing.
• EO/IR signal processing and system design/modeling.
• Physics-informed machine learning research.
