Job summary

SRC, Inc. is offering Engineering Intern positions for Summer 2027 in Syracuse, NY. Interns will work onsite full-time, contributing to radar and electronic warfare product design, development, implementation and testing across multiple engineering domains.

You'll collaborate with senior engineers, gain hands-on experience, and rotate into a chosen specialization such as Systems, Embedded, RF, or Software engineering, while following rigorous quality and security standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of college completed; current enrollment in a bachelor’s program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.3; unofficial transcripts acceptable.
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in system-level design and architecture for complex projects.
• Support system development, integration, validation, and troubleshooting in lab environments.
• Develop and document technical specifications and system requirements.
• Model, simulate, and analyze system functionality and performance using MATLAB, Python, and/or other tools.
