Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. seeks a smart, energetic engineering intern to support the Integrated Warfare Systems Group on Above Water Sensors programs.

You will work with the SPA team to assist with radar, electronic warfare, and electro-optic/infrared projects, learning program processes and contributing to ongoing tasks. Based in Washington, DC, this in-office internship offers occasional telework and a compensation rate dependent on year of study and degree.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field.
• Willingness to learn program and organizational processes.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support SPA team on Above Water Sensors programs.
• Contribute to tasks, projects, and discussions with the team.
• Learn radar, electronic warfare, and EO/IR program concepts.
• Work primarily in-office with occasional telework.
