Nammo Perry in Florida is seeking an Engineering Intern to collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, andour Solid Rocket Motor Engineers to develop, implement, and improve processes that drive program objectives. The internship offers exposure to lean manufacturing techniques, defect investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will gain hands-on experience by working with manufacturing teams to apply process improvements, analyze data, and generate reports for improvement

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials) or similar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine manufacturing and test procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Assist with process breakdowns and defect resolutions.
• Analyze manufacturing data to predict trends or highlight issues.
• Generate reports for completed improvement projects.
