Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Sophomore year must be completed by internship start date.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with statistical tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct root cause analyses and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process efficiency and quality.
• Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in tracking and reporting KPIs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering

Sophomore year completion by internship start

Minimum GPA 3.0 (4.0 scale)

Strong analytical/problem-solving

Self-motivated, able to work independently

Microsoft Office proficiency

Experience with statistical analysis tools is a plus
