Qualifications

  • Pursuing degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Biomechanics.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with design and prototyping of pickleball paddles and related products.
  • Support testing, data collection, and analysis of product performance.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and suppliers to bring new products to market.
  • Contribute to design reviews and documentation for ongoing projects.
