Job summary

Ruveon in Soda Springs, Idaho invites applications for an Engineering Intern-4 to gain hands‑on experience within our Crop Science division. You will work with Engineering and Maintenance teams on process improvements and project support, while learning standard engineering practices in a chemical plant setting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in engineering and returning to school after internship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to improve chemical processes, yields, and reduce cycle times.
• Assist in shaping project objectives from stakeholder requirements and basic design packages.
• Ensure projects comply with engineering standards, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support maintenance, procurement, and reliability programs within chemical plants.
• Perform engineering calculations using standard methods and principles.
• Conduct cost, feasibility, and planning studies based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with production and technical staff for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Support Operational Excellence and Lean initiatives site-wide.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering (in progress)
