Job summary

Web Industries is seeking an engineering intern in Fort Wayne, IN, to assist with coordinating manufacturing improvement projects and documenting processes. You will work with engineering, operations, sales, accounting, purchasing, and quality to support development of equipment, processes, and products.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS in engineering with a minimum of 3 years college experience.
• Experience in manufacturing co-ops or internships preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage complexity; attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills within and outside the organization.
• Ability to influence others and work with a diverse team.
• Personal leadership, time management, and problem-solving competencies.
