Job summary

CVR Partners, LP intern position focuses on researching, developing, and assisting with improving manufacturing processes, methods, and systems for products, facilities, fixtures, tolling, equipment, and materials. An assigned mentor supports goal setting and progress throughout the program.

The internship includes orientation to Health, Safety, Security and Environmental regulations at the Nitrogen plant and exposure to cross-functional teamwork within a real manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• College student with an engineering major (Mech/Chem/Electrical) who is junior/senior.
• GPA at least 3.0 on 4.0 scale preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and assist with improving manufacturing processes, methods, and systems.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and mentors to achieve goals.
• Participate in safety, health, and regulatory orientation and meetings.
• Support routine tasks including maintenance and troubleshooting under guidance.
