Job summary

Red E LLC is seeking an Engineering Intern to join our engineering team in Fargo. You will assist in designing components and mechanical systems, create 3D models, drawings, and documentation, and support prototype builds, testing, and verification.

You will gain hands-on experience across product development, production support, and process improvements while collaborating with engineering, warehouse, purchasing, and quality teams to deliver practical solutions for farmers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of mechanical design and engineering principles.
• Experience with CAD software through coursework or projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and development of products, components, and mechanical systems.
• Create and update 3D models, drawings, specifications, and engineering docs.
• Support prototype builds, product testing, and validation activities.
• Collect and document test results and engineering data.
• Help troubleshoot design and manufacturing challenges.
• Support updates to drawings, BOMs, and technical docs.
• Collaborate with teams to drive product and process improvements.
