• Enrollment in a 4-year Engineering degree program.
• Rising Junior to rising Senior level in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Problem solving and logical reasoning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead at least 1 engineering project and support other projects as needed.
• Promote natural refrigerants by converting designs to low GWP refrigerant systems.
• Use SolidWorks to create new part and subsystem designs, verify design accuracy and meet requirements.
• Develop tools, features, or designs to improve manufacturability and meet customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to translate customer requirements into actionable test plans.
• Manage project schedules and ensure evaluation testing is completed on time.
• Collaborate with lab personnel to execute product test plans and modify prototypes as needed.
• Analyze and document findings using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
