Job summary

Marvin Composites is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Intern for our Fargo plant. You will work with the Manufacturing Engineering group on CAD design, fabrication, and integration of new equipment, gaining hands-on experience on real projects.

You will lead projects from design through installation while balancing academic commitments, with opportunities year-round and a paid Summer internship. A mechanical engineering degree pursuit is required, with Sophomore/Junior status preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree; Sophomore or Junior preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills and hands-on problem solving.
• Experience with CAD and project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design to fabrication and installation in a fast‑paced team.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to develop mechanical and automated solutions.
• Support documentation and project milestones to ensure on-time production integration.
• Assist in developing new equipment and processes to improve efficiency.
