You will support enterprise‑wide engineering and capital projects, applying classroom knowledge to real‑world industrial challenges while developing technical, analytical, project management, and leadership skills. Under guidance from the Director of Engineering, interns gain exposure to design, budgeting, procurement, construction management, commissioning, and plant

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work in office and field environments.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote safety, environmental, and ethical standards.
• Participate in company safety initiatives and safety culture.
• Assist engineers with project planning, budgeting, procurement and documentation.
• Support development/review of drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Gain experience using AutoCAD, JD Edwards, and AggFlow.
• Participate in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist with plant audits and process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support objectives.
• Demonstrate initiative, professionalism and strong work ethic.
• Perform responsibilities per company policies and Code of Conduct.
