The Martin Marietta Summer Supply Chain and shared Services Internship is designed to provide students with meaningful, hands‑on experience supporting strategic supply chain initiatives, shared services operations, and business improvement projects. This approximately 10‑week program offers the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world business environment while developing analytical, project management, process improvement, and leadership skills.
Reporting to members of the Supply Chain and shared Services team, interns work alongside professionals supporting procurement, supplier management, business analytics, process improvement, financial operations, and other key business functions. Interns contribute to projects that drive operational efficiency, improve business processes, and support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. This position is based at Martin Marietta's corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC and provides exposure to a wide range of supply chain and shared services activities. Many of Martin Marietta's leaders began their careers as interns, making this program an excellent pathway to future career opportunities.
