Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a closely related engineering field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote safety, environmental, and ethical standards in all activities.
• Assist engineers with project planning, budgeting, procurement, and documentation.
• Support development and review of drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Gain experience using engineering and business software (AutoCAD, JDE, AggFlow).
• Participate in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support initiatives.
• Assist with plant audits and process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to meet objectives.
