Job summary

Entergy Arkansas, LLC in Russellville, AR seeks a Student Intern to support design basis maintenance and related engineering activities. You will contribute to design baseline modifications and ensure design integrity through configuration management of drawings, calculations, and test procedures.

The role focuses on providing technical support to operations, maintenance, and engineering, with an emphasis on safe, reliable plant operation and adherence to established standards.

Qualifications

• Good/Excellent communication skills.
• Experience/proficiency in PC use and applications, depending upon engineering level.

Responsibilities

• Maintains design basis for each site and supports maintenance of the licensing basis.
• Provides cost-effective modification designs to improve plant performance.
• Provides technical support to operations, maintenance, engineering, and other site organizations.
• Supports safe, reliable operation by identifying and effectively resolving issues via corrective action and work management processes.
• Develops engineering products in accordance with defined standards and procedures.
• Serves to outage engineering support teams. Attends training and maintains qualifications necessary to perform required group function.
