Entergy Louisiana, LLC in Baton Rouge is seeking a Student Intern in Engineering for Summer 2027. The role supports the engineering department by participating in day-to-day activities, data analysis, and preparation of documents, spreadsheets and presentations.

Candidates must be actively enrolled in undergraduate or master's degree in engineering, preferably Electrical, with a minimum GPA of 2.8. The position requires approximately 20 hours per week, onsite with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in undergraduate or master's degree in engineering.
• Electrical Engineering majors preferred.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 on a 4.0 scale, verified via official transcript.
• Some work experience beneficial but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Supports the assigned engineering department with day-to-day tasks.
• Prepares documents, spreadsheets, presentations, interoffice correspondence and copies.
• Conducts follow-ups in a detailed fashion.
• Handles multiple assignments and works within deadlines.
• Is proactive in forwarding work issues to managers/supervisors.
• Works well in a team environment and independently.
