Job summary

Trane Technologies offers an on-site, 12-week summer internship for current college students pursuing BS/MS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Interns gain exposure to senior leaders, networking opportunities, and assignments across Product Development, Failure Analysis, Value Engineering, Design, and Verification Testing.

Participants may interview for the Accelerated Development Program for Engineering or direct hire opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing BS/MS in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Engineering Physics with a 3.0+ GPA.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to relocate and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Development, Failure Analysis, Value Engineering, Design and Verification Testing.
• Assist with learning opportunities and leadership exposure through the Accelerated Development Program.
