Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited 4-year University.
• Sophomore to senior or recent graduate.
• Interested in gaining hands-on industry experience prior to graduation.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop improvement for general engineering processes.
• Use CAD to design tools/equipment and implement when possible.
• Work with outside contractors to scope/spec new, improved equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new safety protocols.
