Qualifications

  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS) and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with implementing enhancements, bug fixes, and minor feature updates based on business requirements and user feedback.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, engineering, IT to understand tool usage and needs.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and validation of tools to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Help document technical designs, workflows, and user instructions for supported tools.
  • Analyze issues reported by users and assist in troubleshooting and resolution.

This role provides hands‐on experience working with real business systems that directly support engineering teams, enabling design, configuration, data visibility, data analysis, and workflow efficiency. The intern position will collaborate with design engineers, mechanical integrity analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable, user‐friendly solutions.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:****% OF TIME**Training will be given to accomplish the following:* Assist with implementing enhancements, bug fixes, and minor feature updates based on business requirements and user feedback.40* Collaborate with Product Development and other engineering departments, Commercial Excellence, and IT stakeholders to understand tool usage and functional needs.20* Participate in code reviews, testing, and validation of tools to ensure quality and reliability.20* Help document technical designs, workflows, and user instructions for supported tools.10* Analyze issues reported by users and assist in troubleshooting and resolution.10**SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**· Adheres to company and department policies, procedures, and standards· Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide EHS Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
