Qualifications

• Pursuing an applicable degree (CS/SE/IS) and related field.

• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS) and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing enhancements, bug fixes, and minor feature updates based on business requirements and user feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Development, engineering, IT to understand tool usage and needs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and validation of tools to ensure quality and reliability.
• Help document technical designs, workflows, and user instructions for supported tools.
• Analyze issues reported by users and assist in troubleshooting and resolution.

This role provides hands‐on experience working with real business systems that directly support engineering teams, enabling design, configuration, data visibility, data analysis, and workflow efficiency.
