Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 0–5 years of related engineering experience (industrial, applications, pumps & hydraulics preferred).
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems and distributor/customer-facing roles.
  • Willingness to travel (<10%).
  • Experience with pumps or rotating equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer RFQs, specifications, and datasheets to determine appropriate product selection.
  • Perform pumping equipment sizing, selection, and configuration.
  • Generate detailed quotations including scope, pricing, and lead time.
  • Serve as a technical resource for internal sales teams and external customers.
  • Collaborate with Project Management, operations, and supply chain to ensure alignment and feasibility.
  • Manage multiple RFQs in a high-volume environment and record communications in Salesforce.

This role serves as a critical link between customers, sales teams, and internal engineering/manufacturing to ensure accurate, timely, and competitive responses to inquiries.
