Northeastern University is seeking an Associate Director of Engineering & Innovation Career Advising to guide engineering students toward full-time roles. You will design sector-focused programs, foster employer partnerships, and use labor market data and AI tools to inform advising and workshops.

The role leads a small team within the Career Education Center, collaborates with the College of Engineering, and helps expand co-op, internship, and hiring pipelines across regional and national

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience in career services, engineering recruitment, or related fields.
• Knowledge of engineering hiring practices and co-op/internship pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled career development tools and labour market data.

Responsabilités

• Provide sector-specialized career advising and coaching to engineering students.
• Design and deliver sector-specific programming and workshops.
• Maintain and grow employer relationships to generate co-op, internships, and full-time opportunities.
• Monitor labor market trends and use data to guide program decisions.
• Manage and develop staff with coaching and feedback.
