Orica invites recent graduates in Mechanical, Process or Chemical Engineering to join a two-year rotational program at our Winnemucca, NV site. You will gain hands-on experience across technical, operational, and leadership tracks while following a personalized learning roadmap with coaching and mentorship.

• Eligibility: Able to drive in the U.S.; willing to live in Winnemucca, NV after the program.
• Be eligible to work within the United States with no sponsorship.
• Ability to start June 2027.
• On-site Role: Report to Winnemucca site five days a week.
• Selection Process: Video and In-person interviews may be required.
• Pre-employment Checks: Background, medical, and drug screening.
