Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in manufacturing finance, engineering finance, or an engineering role.
• Strong understanding of mathematics or model building.
• Strong analytical aptitude with numerical problem solving.
• Ability to execute analyses quickly in Excel.
• Ability to quantify complex, often ambiguous problems.
• Fascination with engineering design and how businesses grow and scale.
• Comfortable communicating with large groups and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own development and production cost estimations for new products from concept to development.
• Translate engineering problems into quantitative measures with a financial lens.
• Build and improve financial models and processes.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive cost reduction and value engineering.
• Manage cost models end-to-end from data gathering to presenting to stakeholders.
• Forecast product life cycle costs and business case viability, opportunities, and risks.
