Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Finance team. This role sits in the Consolidations group, partnering with finance teams across divisions to deliver analysis that informs the CFO and the C-Suite.

You will aggregate data, build variance analyses, and create executive materials, with a focus on accuracy, proactive questioning, and leveraging AI tools to drive scalable insights.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance/FP&A, Consulting or Strategy, or Investment Banking.
• Strong financial acumen and advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Comfortable working in and across financial systems with an eye for process improvement.
• Fluent with current AI tools and applying them to work.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Run the Cadence: manage monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles with templates and data pulls.
• Consolidate budgeting, forecasting, and planning across divisions.
• Explain variances with driver analysis for CFO and C-Suite.
• Prepare executive materials, exhibits, and presentations for reviews.
• Build for scale by automating recurring manual work with AI/data tools.
