Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Finance Manager to join our Production Finance team. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, marketing, product, and growth teams to optimize cost management, pricing, and strategic financial decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling skills and experience in hardware environments, plus the ability to build relationships with internal customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 7–10 years in manufacturing finance, BU finance, consulting, or similar.
• Strong financial concepts and excellent communication/presentation skills.
• Able to execute analyses in Excel and translate to partners.
• Willing to learn corporate systems and analytic tools.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end FP&A for production execution including headcount and working capital.
• Establish alignment on Standard Costing and BOM costs.
• Own consolidation of product revenue, costing models, and analyses.
• Lead financial planning across engineering, supply chain, and ops.
• Develop cost management programs and product profitability roadmaps.
• Build financial frameworks for operational decisions and optimization.
