Job summary

The Walsh Group offers internships across the Colorado Region, designed to prepare you for leadership roles on and off the jobsite. Interns may travel across the United States and gain hands‑on experience in project engineering and field management.

You will be matched to positions in estimating and preconstruction, with the potential to become a full‑time employee after college graduation. Base pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, with benefits and relocation options.

Qualifications

• Seeking a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• The ability to work a 12‑week work schedule is preferred.
• Specific roles may require relocation.

Responsibilities

• Assisting project manager or field supervision staff with project coordination.
• Estimating cost for change orders.
• Soliciting bidders and coordinate subcontractor activity.
• Scheduling of various contracts and materials.
• Document control.
• Coordination of subcontractors.
• Safety management.
• Participation in team meetings.
• Writing RFIs, submittals, and assisting in change orders.
