Job summary

Target is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager in Minnesota to enable high performance of the supply chain facility. You will lead maintenance teams, foster reliability-centered maintenance, and collaborate with site leaders to optimize equipment availability and safety.

You will manage technicians and contractors, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to safety procedures while supporting rapid issue resolution and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong supervisory experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and communicate required policies and procedures.
• Experience with multi-contractor management and coordinating complex work.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Maintenance Technicians, Utility Attendants, and EAM Software Technicians.
• Develop and maintain a reliability-centered maintenance culture to maximize equipment availability.
• Oversee safety programs, incident investigations, and adherence to PPE procedures.
• Manage external contractors, budgets, and project timelines across the site.
